What is the standard shipping time for Echelon equipment?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, large equipment typically arrives within 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.

Do I need a subscription to use my Echelon bike or rower?

While our equipment can be used in 'Freestyle' mode without a subscription, an Echelon Premier Membership is required to access our library of thousands of live and on-demand classes, progress tracking, and competitive leaderboards.

What is your return policy for fitness equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping fees and a restocking fee.

Does Echelon equipment come with a warranty?

Yes, all new Echelon equipment comes with a 12-month limited parts and labor warranty. We also offer extended warranty plans at checkout for additional peace of mind.

Can I connect my own tablet or heart rate monitor?

Absolutely. Our equipment is designed with adjustable integrated tablet mounts and features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to sync most standard heart rate monitors and use your own devices to stream classes.
